Rates

A major credit card # is required (other than American Express) to make a reservation. There is a 3% additional charge for credit card service.  (Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in one night's charge/room).  Call for long-term rates.  Payment for long-term stay is due 1 month prior to stay.

Bed & Breakfast: Double occupancy is $105 + tax/room/night ($85 + tax/room/night without breakfast). Add $20 for each additional occupant. The Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking facility. There is a $100 airing out fee for non-compliant guests.

Cottage: $175 + tax/night (Can include breakfast for an extra $20/room). The Cottage is a non-smoking facility. There is a $100 airing out fee for non-compliant guests. This facility is handicap accessible.

Ammenities: All rooms have a private bath, air conditioning, Cable TV, and free wireless Internet! Guests have access to the Kitchen for making coffee, tea, microwaving, and storing drinks or snacks in the refridgerator, as the innkeeper has separate living quarters.

​

RV Campsite: Available for long term stay. Includes water hook-up, electric, and drainage for gray water. Sewage not available on site, local sewage companies will pump when needed. (Call for long-term rates - references required).

Check In & Check Out

Check In time  is 3 PM to 8 PM (Arrangements can be made for other times if necessary.)

​

Check Out time is 11 AM.

​
